One of the most challenging things when I started my transition to a different diet lifestyle, was cutting out the ultra processed/packaged foods and sugar. I also spent a lot of time trying to find recipes that would mimic or replace bread and desserts. My family has suffered through a lot of trial and error when it comes to new food recipes that adhere to my new lifestyle. Thankfully, I’ve always been both a good cook and baker, so I can usually fine tune recipes and make them quite enjoyable. Here I share the recipes that I have created on my own, in conjunction with chat gpt, or that are inspired by numerous other recipes on the internet that I have made my own tweaks to. I would love to know what you think!

As always, I am here to answer any questions you may have. If a recipe doesn’t make sense, I’m always happy to clarify. All macros and nutrition facts are at the mercy of chat gpt…I can’t guarantee that they are correct. Enjoy!

This low carb cabbage alfredo took my whole family by surprise. It is one of our favorite comfort food dinners. I have made it as a side dish, without an added protein source, but I have also added crumbled bacon, seafood, or chicken to make it more hearty main dish. This is definitely a 10/10 for my family.
